Our menu is a celebration of flavors and aromas, featuring everything from tantalizing bar food and afternoon aperitifs. The menu is crafted and inspired by the Executive Chef Panagiotis Flakas, the 2 Michelin Star Chef Georgianna Hiliadakis and their team.
Geco Athens offers extraordinary live shows of singers and performers as well as International & Residential DJs. Geco is located in a hidden and magical arcade in the heart of Athens.

Panagiotis
Flakas
Executive Chef Panagiotis Flakas started his culinary career at the age of 17. He studied in a private school and since then he has worked as a sous chef and head chef in 5 major hotels across Europe in Italy, England, Austria and Greece.
He has extensive experience in Michelin-starred restaurants such as the Fat Duck and Funky Gourmet. His experience grew in Head Chef positions in superyachts, where he was awarded in 2019 with the Gold award in “Chef competition”

Georgianna
Chiliadaki
Chef Georgianna Chiliadaki is the only female Greek Chef awarded with 2 Michelin stars and was recognized as the 4th best female Chef in the world in 2017. She studied at the University of Reading and the Institute of Culinary Education in New York.
Her restaurant, Funky Gourmet, earned her the 2 Michelin stars, and she is also the co-founder of OPSO, INO, and Pittabun restaurants in London. Since 2021, she has been active as a Consultant Chef on numerous international projects. She has lectured at Harvard and manages a successful Instagram account, inspiring with her recipes. Her life and work inspired the children's book "Georgianna, a Chef Counts the Stars."
